What is Schwab’s work model?

Most Schwab employees follow a hybrid schedule, working onsite four days per week and remotely one day per week. Some branch, licensed, operations, overnight and weekend roles may have different onsite expectations, so review the job posting and speak with your Talent Advisor about the specific role’s requirements. Is there a dress code?

All Schwabbies are encouraged to 'dress for your day.' But what does that mean? To ensure you’re dressed appropriately, we advise that you make outfit choices based on the activities and interactions you’ll engage in.

Here’s a quick example:

• Meeting with executives or clients? Wear business attire, such as a suit and dress shoes.
• Business as usual? Go casual - wear nice jeans or slacks paired with a button-up or polo shirt and clean sneakers.
